These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website Mahyr.tech and all services provided by Mahyr Tech W.L.L, a registered company in the Kingdom of Bahrain under Commercial Registration No. 183529-1.

1. Services We Provide
Mahyr Tech W.L.L provides technology and marketing services including, but not limited to:
- Website and app development
- Digital marketing and social media management
- Branding, advertising, and creative services
- Business consultancy and digital transformation
- Automation, integrations, and IT solutions
All services, deliverables, and expectations will be defined in written proposals, agreements, invoices, or communication records.
2. Payments & Billing
- All payments must be made according to the agreed invoice or contract.
- Certain services may require upfront deposits or recurring monthly fees.
- Delays in payment may result in paused services, restricted access, or termination.
- Ad budget for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, or Google is paid separately unless agreed otherwise.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information required to deliver services
- Respond promptly to requests for approvals, content, or clarification
- Ensure that all materials (logos, images, text) provided to us have proper legal usage rights
- Not misuse or reverse-engineer any systems, tools, or intellectual property provided by Mahyr Tech
4. Intellectual Property
- All designs, code, strategies, and deliverables remain the property of Mahyr Tech until full payment is received.
- After full payment, the finalized deliverables become the client’s property unless stated otherwise.
- Mahyr Tech may showcase completed projects in its portfolio or marketing unless the client formally requests otherwise.
5. Marketing & Advertising Results
For marketing services:
- Results vary based on audience behavior, market conditions, budget, and platform policies.
- Mahyr Tech does not guarantee specific sales, leads, or engagement results.
- The client is responsible for providing content, access, and timely approvals.
6. Service Modifications
We may update, enhance, or change our website or service offerings at any time to improve performance or compliance.
7. Limitation of Liability
Mahyr Tech W.L.L is not liable for:
- Losses caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, or service outages
- Delays caused by incomplete client information or approvals
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Issues arising from incorrect or unauthorized use of provided deliverables
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service involved.
8. Termination of Services
- Either party may terminate services with written notice.
- Fees for completed or ongoing work remain payable.
- No refunds are provided for work already commenced or completed.
9. Use of Website
You agree not to:
- Engage in unauthorized access, hacking, or disruption of the website
- Copy, distribute, or misuse any content from Mahyr.tech without permission
- Submit harmful, illegal, or misleading material through forms or communication channels
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes shall be resolved in Bahrain’s competent courts.
